Leader in design, manufacturing and distribution in the eyewear sector with a strong and well-balanced brand portfolio both owned and licensed. The company is present throughout the world with a global wholesale network that reaches more than 150 countries on five continents and an extensive retail network of approximately 9,200 stores.


 

The Challenge 

The customer wanted to improve the in-store experience by exploiting all the levers available and benefit from centralised management despite the territorial capillarity and the diversification of customer journeys and marketing campaigns.


 

Econocom solution

In response to the customer's business needs, thanks to the asset management tool, Houston by Econocom, we designed and implemented a complete solution for the optimisation of operations and for the total governance of processes (from device ordering to delivery and installation in over 3,000 stores worldwide).

Through an API and Content Management platform, we have integrated multiple heterogeneous systems and allowed the customer to centrally manage all the multimedia contents displayed on the various devices installed. 

In order to optimise the performance and consequently the maintenance of the installed displays, automatic controls of the operating parameters have been implemented.
