The Challenge:

The client has outsourced the global & financial management of their IT estate for 10+ years with Econocom. Their need was to maintain constant monitoring of the entire lifecycle of their assets worldwide and therefore understand where their equipment is located.


 

Our solution 

We fulfilled our client's needs through our asset management platform, Houston, which offers complete visibility of the entire lifecycle of IT equipment located around the world.

The client is also able to refresh and order new equipment through the e-procurement module of the portal and can ensure it is compliant with their budget which is constantly kept under control through personalised dashboards. The portal enables operational continuity and efficiency through extra features including allowing the client to validate invoices, view contract details and raise support requests all via one platform. We are also working with the customer to enable them to independently and effectively manage the collection and disposal of assets.
