As much of our business is generated by recommendation, our System Designers work hard to completely understand the project specifications. Our System Designers look at all aspects, from the application and the aesthetics, down to the infrastructure and budget. They offer a comprehensive, competitive proposal with a clear financial breakdown. Our designers are so good, that their consulting services are often used in a pre-sales context with industry consultants to help them win the deals.
We can offer both on-plan integration services and those with CDP (contractor design portion).

Delivery & Installations
Delivery and installation is a key part of the process and rest assured that our teams are highly experienced in all areas, from network port setups to carpentry and from programming to installations.
We have a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. We also make sure that we have good on-site representation.
Each team is headed by a project manager, who makes sure everything runs to schedule. All projects have a further level of management, the Project Director, to ensure that you get the best service possible. We rank highly on KPI (key performance indicator) scorecards because of our attention to detail.
Commissioning & Programming
Commissioning is a vital stage of every project. At this point, our project managers carefully review the build to identify and resolve any potential issues.
Installation is just the beginning — your system should not only look great but work exactly as you need it to. During programming, our specialist engineers fine-tune, test, and debug the control programmes so everything runs smoothly. Even the most complex systems are programmed to be intuitive and easy to use.

Control

We have a dedicated Econocom AV Service & Support team, who will help you with your system once it has been installed. This team can also help with any potential further customisation you might require, once you have lived with the system for a little while, such as the end-user touch-screen controls and remotes.
Security
We provide a full range of security services including fingerprint entry systems, electronic access control, automatic gate systems, and monitoring. An integrated security system can be set so that the lights switch on and off in the same pattern as the previous fortnight – perfect when you are on holiday, as it gives the illusion that people are still at home.
Options include:
- CCTV: Cameras with secure hard-drive recording.
- Video Gate Entry: Video entry panel with audio allows you to screen visitors before allowing access.
- Internal: PIR movement detection can be linked to the lighting or audio system as a deterrent.
